There could be a number of reasons as to why your video consultation is not working. In the first instance, please check that your internet connection is working and that your webcam and microphone are switched on, connected and that you accepted the permissions for these.
If the problem is on the patient’s side then try to run through these same steps with them.

If the video consultation error cannot be rectified in a timely fashion then the advice would be to switch back to phoning the patient instead. All patients are required to input their phone numbers when they check in.
