As the clinician, you might not have a webcam available to you but can still use this service.
The patient will not be able to see you without a webcam installed but you will be able to see them to fulfil the video consultation.
After the patient has joined your virtual clinic, you would click on ‘connect’ next to their name to begin the consultation.
You will then be greeted with this screen:
Please select ‘Allow Audio Permissions Only’ to start the video consultation where you can see the patient, but they will only be able to hear you as you have no webcam installed.
