We do not store any patient health records. We only store your name, date of birth and contact details. This is required to allow you to access the platform and is removed shortly after the consultation takes place. We also keep a record of email and SMS invitations we send out. These are collected for accounting purposes and are removed after short period of time.
We do record and store clinic and health professionals’ data such as names, email and IP addresses. This is to help us understand where this tool is being used and how we can improve the service that we deliver.
We DO NOT record or store a recording of the video consultation.
