As the clinician, you might not have a webcam available to you but can still use this service.

The patient will not be able to see you without a webcam installed but you will be able to see them to fulfil the video consultation.

MyClinic will automatically detect that you have no webcam enabled service and still connect you to the patient to start the video call.

Please remember to inform and reassure the patient that the call is working fine and that they will not be able to see you as you have no webcam connected.
